I purchased this product under the Subscribe and Save option. The delivery was prompt. The item arrived at my door step within five days after the order had been placed. I hate to struggle with bulky items in the supermarket parking lot, especially in bad weather, and so this is the perfect solution for me! I am very happy with the value as well. I paid 10% less plus free delivery, then I would normally pay at the supermarket on sale with taxes. Bravo, Amazon!Regarding the product itself: I used to be a Tide person, until its strong perfumed odor became too much. I then switched to Dreft, but the price was rather high. ALL offered a great combination of price and quality: the smell was pleasant, yet suddle; the detergent worked well on both my whites as well as my colors. I have been using it for the entire household for a couple of years now and do not see myself switching to anything else any time soon. Regarding the large bottle: I was initially affraid that the 64-load bottle would be bothersome to handle. Not so! It is easy to maneuver and not bulky at all! The detergent is trully concentrated and a little goes a long way... Hope it works for you, too!

I thought this product was lost forever, until I found it on here. I used it after the birth of my first child, then the stores that I had purchased this product from stopped carrying it. I was very disappointed... I love this stuff, it is soooo gentle and yet is works on really tuff stuff. It also has a very light soft baby smell to it that is great... I don't like detergents that have absolutely no scent.... I bought it to use for my second child that is on the way but I have found it is great on bedding, towels, my clothes, and even my hubands clothing.... Thank you for such a wonderful product and NEVER STOP making/selling this PLEASE!!!!!!A MUST HAVE FOR NEW MOMS/MOMS TO BE.......

I ordered this detergent and was very excited about the value. However, when I received it, 3/4 bottles of the detergent had loose caps and had leaked out all over the box it was packaged in. What a mess. I sent Amazon pictures of it, and left packaging feedback, but wasn't compensated in any way for all of the detergent that was lost, because it leaked out all over the inner box. Very disappointed with Amazon on this one. Wasn't a good value due to the poor packaging and lost product.
