SWEEET,
By J. (the frozen land of Nador) - See all my reviews
This review is from: All Fall Down (Audio CD)
AAA ROCKS!! This cd is a little slower than DWDY, but that just helps you hear their message more. All Fall Down is one of their best songs. The thing about AAA is all their albums are completely different. Destroy What Destroys You is insanely fast ska/punk, All Fall Down, is mostly punk with horn parts thrown in and a tad slower. And the newest one, 24 Hour Roadside Resistance, has a lot of different sounds to it, but overall it sounds much harder. Danny Lore's voice is a little harsher. But that rules. Check out all their albums, they are all amazing. Peace.

Awesome Sophmore Album,
This review is from: All Fall Down (Audio CD)
This is Against All Authority's 2nd album, which picks up right where there 1st stopped. This album features a slightly different style than what is heard on Destroy What Destroys You; the music is a tad bit slower paced and features more of a reggae sound, which is especially heard in their horns. The lyrics are still very political and still very well done. Thankfully, the vocals are still presented with the same amount of fierocity and passion. Buy this album if you like politcal punk and ska music.

Agaisnt all authority is a great band. This album they put out though, could have been a lot better than it is. The first four songs are great, with all fall down being incredible, but the rest of the album sounds almost the same. They need to mix things up a little more, and get some different sounding horn riffs. If you are a huge -AAA- fan go ahead and buy it, but if not i'd stick with their earlier album, or just keep listening to Op Ivy, or Link 80.
