Imaginative plot in fresh setup,

1. The plot set in this novel is fresh. The settings are different than the usual European or American cities. The novel is set in the midst of hinterland Asia, at Nepal. From a mixed start which is dull sometimes and fast at times, Craig Thomas has managed to weave this tale to make it gripping. 2. The uncertainty about would Sir Aubrey be able to do some thing about the dangerous involvement his foster son Tim Gardiner has got in to, purely by chance quite takes a grip on the reader. On the other hand the parallel drama taking place in Nepal where Russian and East German intelligence agencies are up to some thing and Tim Gardiner getting to know of it by chance, and getting involved in these affairs to foil the designs of these intelligence agencies is also very interesting and sounds real. 3. The book, however, becomes predictable in last couple of pages. Overall, an interesting book to read and has freshness about the plot on which the story has been woven by the author.
