From Library Journal
From the author of Cooking for the Weekend (LJ 5/15/93), here is another menu cookbook, with recipes and game plans for 52 meals made mostly on the backyard grill. In addition to sections on meat, poultry, and fish, there are Especially Spicy Grill Meals and, for larger groups, Entertaining Grill Meals. However, just about any of the menus would be suitable for entertaining, although some are for more casual meals than others. Despite the book's subtitle, most of the menus include only suggestions for desserts rather than recipes. If you need yet another grilling book, this would be a good choice.

Cooking outside is a cherished summer pastime, and
All on the Grill is aimed at making the backyard grill even more of an indispensable appliance. Entire meals can be prepared out on the porch with the help of this clever and easy-to-use book, which contains 180 quick, healthy and hassle-free recipes in 52 complete menus.
These meals are healthy because the recipes contain ideas for woodsmoke and marinades to add flavor without the use of saturated fat. Grilled Marinated Lamb Chunks on Rosemary Sprigs and Green Chile and Mushroom Quesadillas for starters; sides such as Garlic Potatoes and Tomatoes Provencal; and main courses as diverse as Marinated Grilled Flank Steak, Barbecued Drumsticks with Chipotle Marinade, Sizzling Marinated Swordfish with Grilled Pineapple Salsa and even Grilled Pineapple and Pound Cake topped with Kahlua-Fudge Sauce, guarantee the grill will never cool down.
