Book Description

Dominic Knight is a man who is always in control. A self-made billionaire by the age of twenty-three, a genius of innovation, and CEO of a global tech empire, Knight always gets what he wants. And he wants Kate Hart. . .

A rising star of cyber forensics, Kate is well aware of Knight's reputation as a master manipulator, uncompromising leader, and demanding lover. But she's determined to stay cool and professional-no matter how hot and bothered her new boss makes her feel.

First he appears in her dreams. Then he comes to her in the night. And so begins a journey of erotic awakening and discovery as rich and powerful as Knight himself. In locales from the sultry red-light district of Amsterdam to the private sexual playgrounds of Hong Kong, Kate will shed every inhibition and surrender every part of herself-body, mind, and soul-to give her lover all he craves, all he needs, and all he demands . . .

Editorial Reviews

"4 1/2 Stars! There are so many Fifty Shades-esque books on the market nowadays, but book one of the All or Nothing trilogy will be remembered. This sensational debut will spark interest among the most dedicated erotica fans. Gibbs doesn't beat around the bush, gets straight to the point and will leave readers gasping for breath." - RT Book Reviews

"Knight is not your typical fictional brooding billionaire.  He's open, garrulous, tender and caring.  He wants to dominate Kate right from the start but he knows that he needs to bide his time, tread on eggshells and slowly woo her until she's a hot wet mess for him and can no longer resist." - Sinfully Sexy Book Reviews

1.0 out of 5 stars Awkward Writing and One-Dimensional Characters October 12, 2013
By Maggie
Format:Kindle Edition
You know those moments where your opinion of a book differs so much from what feels like everyone else's opinion? Like my opinion of this book. I didn't finish it, so you can take this review for whatever you think it's worth, but I read 32% of it and I honestly don't think I could force myself to read another page unless there was a gun to my head.

The story started out ok, I liked the concept and I liked the main character's spunk, but from pretty much the moment we met Dominic I knew this wasn't going to be a book I was ever going to fully get behind. I just didn't like anything about Dominic: I didn't like his office, I didn't like the girl who worked in his office, and I didn't like his attitude and personality once we finally met him. I don't remember if there was even a physical description of him included, but I'm guessing if there was I didn't like that either.

And then there was the writing. The book is written in what I think would be called third-person omniscient, which is fine, not my favorite POV by any stretch of the imagination, but I can make it work. But this writing was kind of overly formal and made me feel even farther away from characters I already didn't care for. If I had to pick a main reason I couldn't finish the book it would probably be the writing style.

The more I read the more I disliked the book. The main character, Kate, just became more and more annoying. She wanted to be with Dominic, she didn't want to be with Dominic; she wanted to accept his clothes, she didn't want to accept his clothes; she finds a video of him naked and whipping a roomful of women on some blog and she's just like whatever about it.

"He shouldn't even be thinking about dragging her into his wayward world of carnal games. He should give her a free pass. Or maybe just give her the illusion of a free pass. Cold-blooded manipulation or decency? What would it be?"

The All or Nothing Trilogy comes to us courtesy C.C. Gibbs better known as Susan Johnson, erotic Historical Romance author and legend. No one - I repeat no one - does heroes the way she does; the ultra-dominant, jaded alpha playboy who in addition has commitment issues, fighting his feelings every step of the way. The verdict is still out, but in my humble opinion the All or Nothing Trilogy serves an alpha so strong he stands the chance of becoming my #1 alpha hero of all times!

This is the intense whirlwind romance between Billionaire Venture Capitalist and CEO of Knight Enterprises, Dominic Knight, "Nick" and forensic accountant and recent MIT graduate Katherine Hart, Kate. Travel the world over as Nick's and Kate's love develops and is challenged. There will be many twists and turns along the way delivering the very best of intrigue, suspense, sizzling sex and a captivating love. Strap on your seatbelts this is bound to be a rollercoaster ride until the end!

The All or Nothing Trilogy is using different Publishers for the US and the UK, hence the different covers and titles. Books must be read in order:
BOOK 1 Knight's Mistress (UK) / All He Wants (US)
BOOK 2 Knight's Game (UK) / All He Needs (US)
BOOK 3 Knight Takes Queen (UK) / All He Desires (US)

Nick and Kate almost did not happen! I say that based on Knight's Mistress' (book 1) opening. Magna cum laude graduate of MIT Kate has been flown in by Knight Enterprises to interview for a position of forensic accountant.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ummm....Smoking hot! July 13, 2013
By sdchamp
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book I will admit started out a little slow. It took a chapter or two to get into it. But holy cow, I couldn't put it down after that! If you liked 50 or the Crossfire novels you will like this book. Now saying that don't compare it to those two. Kate and Dominic don't have any of the baggage the other characters (from the above said mentioned books) have. Dominic is pushy and bossy, but boy is it hot how Kate puts him in his place! A must read. Ms Johnson I can't wait till December for the second one!

5.0 out of 5 stars This book makes you want more! January 9, 2014

I was a little unsure of this book at first, partly because it felt a little forced and sometimes the writing style felt a little juvenile and I felt like I had read this series before (50 Shades, anyone?!) but wait.... there's more! It soon picked up and I found I couldn't put this book down. (Christian, who?!) I had to know what happens next so I immediately put myself on the wait list for the next book. Start reading this book, stick with it, and enjoy the ride!

3.0 out of 5 stars Another Trilogy that I have to wait on July 11, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
No it was not better then Fifty, not even better then Bared, honestly out of all the trilogies I've read along the same rich guy falls for girl under his employment I think this may be my least favorite. Choppy writing and I never knew head I was in, and this was just between the main two characters, I started getting pov from secondary characters as well. The ending was rushed. The book was just all over the place. Will I read e next one? If I remember this one by zed ember when the second one is set to come out maybe?

This book was surprisingly good. I went in with skepticism and was sweetly surprised. Standard romance novel with some lovely layers added in.
