Excellent if put in the right order...,

This review is from: All In Due Time (MP3 Download)
Great album, but could've been a tad better. Let me start with the beginning: Sometime back in 2007, I had found a promo CD from these guys with the following tracks: Offering, Dead Set, and Lard Ass. These songs are excellent and what got me interested in seeing this band play and they do put on an excellent show!!
1-1/2 years later, they handed out ANOTHER promo CD for this album containing these tracks: This Time, End This Lie, and All In Due Time. Oddly, these happen to be the weakest tracks of the album, and what the band thought would be the right direction. This is unfortunate, as they put 2 of these tracks right at the beginning of the album! So yes, the album starts weak but gets better. Seriously, if I was a radio DJ, I would be playing the songs from the FIRST promo CD and NOT the second. Fortunately, the remaining tracks are great and make up for the weak ones. If you're going to download this as MP3s, this is the re-arrangement I recommend: (1) Offering (2) Dead Set (3) Lard Ass (4) Answer To Self (5) Man Up (6) The Me You See (7) All In Due Time (8) End This Lie (9) Project & Release I deleted the Intro and This Time. This arrangement puts the best songs first, and the slower ones later, making this a more acceptable listen.
