I tried these jeans on in a store before ordering them from Amazon (Amazon had a much better price) just to make sure they would fit. The petite size has just the right length inseam, according to the website it's about 31 1/2 inch inseam (which is more like the regular length of other denim companies). The jeans have just enough stretch to make them very comfortable but not too stretchy. The denim is a good density, and the color is great. Very happy with my purchase.

I was so excited to get these jeans in the mail. I was a little nervous about ordering them because I have seen reviews all over the map about the length and fit. Sure enough, I was disappointed. The length is definitely not petite...at least not under my definition of petite. I am 5'4" and I cannot even wear heels with these jeans without needing them to be taken up. I also had an issue with the waist being huge. I am not sure if I needed to size down to fix the problem, but I won't be able to find out because the length is just too long for me. I ordered petite so I would not have to take them to a tailor. UGH! On a positive note, the weight of the jean is perfect for year round wear, and it was very soft. The wash is perfect for wearing casual or dressy. If only they were shorter...
