I should have checked the audio clips of these songs before ordering this album, which appears to offer a broad survey of some of Roger Whittaker's best known songs. Actually, this CD is a combination of redos and live recordings. The songs included here differ from the originals, with synthesizers added and new arrangements (including background singers) that alter the original recordings. If you don't care about that, fine. I happen to, and will have to buy other albums to get what I want.

Head's up... if you think you've finally managed to find a copy of his "Indian Lady", the song is in German.

Roger does a great performance and this is a good album by all means. ALways liked Roger and his interpretation of songs. A good song writer in his own right. I'd like to see a "true" collection of Roger Whitaker songs, say at least a 100 songs in one package. This would make a great collectors edition.

This is a wonderful album for someone who's never experienced the multifaced singer and entertainer. His classic singing is distict and enjoyable. It also makes a great gift between good friends.

This collection of music is really relaxing to listen to. I had a similar album and was hoping for a CD with the same songs. It's light--different from the boom boom of today. Tell your age--have a listen to it!

Roger's rich voice would make singing the dictionary sound good. Very relaxing to unwind after too many hours at a stressful job.

I grew up loving Roger Whitaker's singing and was happy to have his music again. Love his mellow voice singing familiar songs.
