About the Author
Jacquie Bamberg Moore's love for the written word began at a very early age. Her earliest memory of receiving praise for her writing was in the fourth grade. She wrote a short story entitled, "My Thanksgiving Vacation," a vivid tale about a family chasing a frightened turkey through their home. That was the first of many writings she would receive recognition.
Jacquie is a member of Liberty Temple Universal Church of Christ located in East Orange, New Jersey under the pastorate of Bishop Robert C. Jiggetts. She stands firm in her faith and is a strong believer that with God all things are possible. She is also a member of Go On Girl Book Club, Black Women in Publishing and Professional Women of Color.
Her favorite authors include: Eric Jerome Dickey, E. Lynn Harris, Bebe Moore Campbell, Sandra Kitt, Bernice L. McFadden.
Jacquie Bamberg Moore is currently a resident of Brooklyn, New York, where she lives with her husband, Dave and their daughter, Irene.
