5.0 out of 5 stars Different Approach, April 12, 2005
This review is from: All New Tricks for Trainers: 57 Tricks and Techniques to Grab and Hold the Attention of Any Audience...and Get Magical Results (Paperback)
I can sum it up in 3 letters...W-O-W! I could not believe the impact that some of the techniques had on the participants. Dave's tricks can be used to "spice-up" what would be a boring, uninteresting topic. Although a lot of the material is geared toward the buisness world, the tricks presented in the book can be used in a variety of settings.

I am an instructor in the public safety field. Believe me when I say that we have several "routine" topics that are taught over and over and over. You should have seen the look on their faces when I told them that we were going to write "love letters" to emphasize the importance of punctuation.

If you are a trainer/instructor, you have got to get this book!!

4.0 out of 5 stars All New Tricks for Trainers, November 8, 2011
This review is from: All New Tricks for Trainers: 57 Tricks and Techniques to Grab and Hold the Attention of Any Audience...and Get Magical Results (Paperback)
This is a great book for any trainer looking to make any topic more interesting. If you find yourself teaching the same topics over and over this book can show you some great ways to make your audience more excited and interested. I would highly recommend this book as it has some great techniques.
