5.0 out of 5 stars The REAL LIVE MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE!!!
If you never got the chance to see the greatest white blues and soul shouter of all time, Steve Marriott, live, ALL OR NOTHING is your chance to make up for it and hear the late great Marriott doing what he did best, Sing his heart out! The live version of "Itchycoo Park" is worth the price of admission alone, if not just because it has never ever been on...

3.0 out of 5 stars Stevie on cruise control
Bootleg-type recording, reasonable sound quality, mix not too hot. Strangely starts with a track from a different show from the rest of the CD. Good track selection with some rareties live, i.e., Itchycoo Park and Natural Born Boogie. "Uncle Jim" sings more than on Dingwalls sounding pleasant, if a bit generic. Some bluesy harmonica (Watch Your Step) and...

This review is from: All Or Nothing: Live (Audio CD)
If you never got the chance to see the greatest white blues and soul shouter of all time, Steve Marriott, live, ALL OR NOTHING is your chance to make up for it and hear the late great Marriott doing what he did best, Sing his heart out! The live version of "Itchycoo Park" is worth the price of admission alone, if not just because it has never ever been on ANY live Marriott recordings to date, but because it's joyfull (a rare adjective in a Marriott article!). Steve's rhythm guitar chops eat at your heart and his vocals never sounded more sincere (and his vocals were never anything but!). Simply put, this recording represents what live rock 'n roll should be all about, feeling, raw emotion, sincerity, and someone loving what he did for a living. If you know anything about Steve Marriott, you know that he didn't play rock 'n roll, he lived it, and on "All or Nothing", you get a glimpse of what the Marriott Live experience was all about.

Good track selection with some rareties live, i.e., Itchycoo Park and Natural Born Boogie. "Uncle Jim" sings more than on Dingwalls sounding pleasant, if a bit generic. Some bluesy harmonica (Watch Your Step) and blues guitar (Five Long Years) which is rare for live Stevie on CD. Great patter in between songs (not really for the family -- "you've made three old tossers very 'appy" is his expression of gratitude to the audience).
