All In One Bottle, Jar, Tab, and Cap Opener

I had high hopes for this bottle opener, and the main thing I purchased it for is to open water bottles. I have a more expensive electric opener for larger items. My hands have become very arthritic and I am unable to open water bottles easily, if at all. This was very reasonable in price so I ordered it as it promised to open multiple items. I did use it to let the air out of a container and it worked fine with that, but no matter what I did I could not get it to open a water bottle. I even used a mallet to get it to sit all the way down on a basic bottle of water and it just goes round and round without so much as loosening the cap. I can do better with a rubber band around the cap, which soon I won't be able to use either. Admittedly, this could be too loose because something happened during the manufacturing process so that it doesn't grip the cap, but in light of what I bought it for, I can only rate it a 2 and only that much because I was able to let the air out of a tight container.
