I have been using All One multiple vitamins & minerals for many years, and believe this to be a quality supplement. I prefer this powder form, and mixes well with my daily nutritional shake. I particularly like this formula for the extra antioxidants it supplies, but have used other formulas as well. They offer a good variety of formulas addressing the needs of seniors, vegetarians, and allergenic issues.

In comparison these powdered formulas are no more expensive than tablets (if not less); especially if you purchase from Amazon.com at there great prices. Powdered form is also much easier to take, and All One mixes well in a blender with water or juice. There is a vitamin taste, but easy to disguise if mixed with juices or added to a nutritional shake/smoothie. To get the same level of nutritional ingredients in tablet form, you would have to take an enormous pill, or, a handful of pills. Powdered form eliminates the need for fillers and binders that go into making tablets. I trust All One's formulas posted ingredients more than the tablet manufactures. I give this product 5 stars!!

It does not mix well with juice or anything else. It does not not mix, it stay at the top of what ever, liquid, cereal, yogart. The taste not palatable either. I'll let you know if the benefit out ways the taste and consistancy & let's not forget price.

I don't like taking pills, so this works really well for me. I can take exactly as much as I want, don't have to swallow pills, and with juice or a little sugar and water it's tasty.

It has everything I want in one dose. I recommend it for those that don't like pills.

I was taking a liquid vitamin but read that the preservative they use mixed with ascorbic acid creates benzene which is toxic to humans so I decided to try this powder and just mix with juice to make my own liquid vitamin. Well I can't even get it down. It tastes awful even with juice and its so gritty that I feel like I'm drinking sand! Back to the drawing board I go.... :-(

I really really like these All One powdered multivitamins. I love the fact that I can shake them up with a hand shaker into juice and get my vitamins readily available without having to digest additives and fillers. Yuck. Why most vitamins aren't powdered is a mystery to me. If you're not used to taking powdered vitamins, you may be a bit put off at the idea. What I do is mix the smallest amount of juice into the powder, enough to take the vitamins. Then I pour more juice into the cup to swish out the remaining & kind of clear my palate from the powder. I also use the All One Totally Fiber and Jeff's Best Hemp Protein, so mine's a little more powdery. Really nice to use directly after your workouts to let your body take the most benefit as a recovery drink. I would definitely recommend All One products. My only beef is that they don't contain iron.

This made me throw up. It had that strong vitamin smell, and even mixing it with juice didn't help. Fortunately, the company offers refunds, so I was just out the shipping costs. I now use a liquid vitamin and have no problems drinking it.
