Amazon Verified Purchase
The generator appears to be well made and is a lot of generator for the price.
We bought the generator as backup for our home in the event of a power outage.
We needed 240v 30amp, 10,000 watts minimum to run a few essentials in our home.
There is some assembly required to install the wheels, leg and handles.
I carefully turned the generator to its side to make these installations.
"Battery is not included".
We had an issue getting a battery to fit into the allotted space. The standard "lawn mower/tractor" battery that should fit "doesn't fit" into the space because the terminals on the battery stick up and require an additional inch in height. We had to buy a motorcycle battery which cost three times the price.
Once we got over a few small problems the generator started with the turn of a key.
We are overall pleased with our purchase, however, delivery of the generator to our home was a huge problem from the delivery service, "ABF Freight System, Inc.". ABF has only tractor-trailer trucks to make their deliveries. We live in a rural setting and a tractor-trailer truck can not come down our narrow lane because there would be no place to turn it around. The company did not have another type of truck and took no responsibility for not being able to deliver the generator. They told us we would have to pick it up a their warehouse. We do not have a truck and the generator weights 250lbs. Our agreement when ordering from Amazon was " FREE Shipping". After a few days we received a letter from ABF stating that they were charging Amazon a daily fee of $16.10 for storage. We received a second letter stating that if the generator was not picked up in ten days they would sell it at public auction.
During this time we contacted Amazon and they were very helpful resolving this problem. After a few days Amazon got ABF to give the generator to a local delivery service to complete to delivery. "Home Direct" delivered the generator in a large flatbed truck with no difficultly whatsoever.

The generator arrived on time and seems to work just as the ad said it would. I tested all the connections and everything is working A-OK. Have not had a reason to use it yet, and hope I won't!!
