This vest is very comfortable and fit me very well.

I began fairly impressed with this product, however with the feature "one size fits all" should have been added.... "for those who are above average size."

If you run, it bounces no matter how tight you make it.

I began fairly impressed with this product, however with the feature "one size fits all" should have been added.... "for those who are above average size." The one strap does not wrap tight enough for my tastes, if it was made to go around an average sized frame, or if they had multiple straps to secure it better I may have given it a better rating. For the price though, you would expect a much better product.

I just got this and only used it once, but so far so good. The vest fit fine and felt comfortable with only 20 out of the 40 pounds in the vest. I guess the one-size-fits-all is about right for someone 5'9", 200 lbs. Weighted pushups felt comfortable and secure, even though there's only one velcro belt at the bottom holding it in place, and the top hangs open a little. The weights are 80 1/2 lb. cast iron cylinders that fit into 40 little sleeves distributed throughout the vest. Each sleeve can hold two weights stacked one on top of the other, but if you only put one in there, it still holds it securely in place. The weights were a little bit tough to get in and out of the sleeves at first, due to the tight fit, but not too bad. Some of those giving the product a negative review for poor fit may not have had the weights distributed evenly.

I only used it a few times but it is very uncomfortable to wear, i'm 5'7 and little over 160lbs. You cant really expect 1 size fit all products to actuall fit all, because 1 size does not fit all because we are not all 1 size.but I think it would fit better on someone large or with broader shoulders. That was the main issue the way it fits on your shoulder it feels like some dude pulling your arms down. I have a friend that used it as well for training and he's about 5'5 and 150lbs or less and he had the same complaint.

All Pro Weight Adjustable Power Vest I purchased this (40-pound) vest to help build up muscle tone and possibly muscle mass, before having to use my legs for extensive walking and carrying. I have no actual proof of course, but, except for one problem, the vest is what its description says. It is quite heavy, even to pick up, when it is fully loaded. So, I started with moderate weight and have been working up each week. I do have to say that from fairly out-of-condition leg muscles (and to a certain extent, back muscles), I am now feeling less sluggish and more able to withstand stairs, walking distances, etc. So, I am quite satisfied. HOWEVER, the manufacturer states that some padding substance may seem to be leaking out of some seams (which I have not seen). The manufacturer states that it is a non-defect. There is one problem, though, which the manufacturer may or may not realize, since it is not mentioned. The Velcro belt fastener base on the left side remains exposed when it is not completely covered by the Velcro belt. And, that always will be the case, unless the wearer is VERY thin-waisted. What this means is that if you are wearing a knit, long-sleeved shirt, the Velcro base will catch on your left-side knit shirt sleeve and pick out loops of thread. So, I have had to abandon wearing knit, long-sleeved shirts with the vest. I do not know yet if regular shirt sleeves will also be affected, but I hope not, since it will destroy an area on the left sleeve and I will be left with no type of long-sleeved shirt to wear with the vest. And, if I go short-sleeved, the same Velcro base scratches my left forearm. I am, however, otherwise very satisfied with its performance so far.
