This CD rocks! There's some 70s "big rock," some confessional songwriting, and a lot of great pop hooks. Can't wait to see her live.

An absolute treat! Great ROCK album from an amazing songwriter, singer, and guitarist. So emotional and gripping. I totally recommend this CD.

This is the first full length solo release by the leader of Kansas City favorite Exit 159. A series of songs about relationships and the cycles they go through, all written by Stremel and Guitarist Chris Meck. Standout tracks are "Good to You" and "All I Really Want" which illustrate the influence of rockers Joan Jett and Melissa Etheridge on Kristie's work.
