What a joke, this juice head putting out a training dvd. Save your money on this crap. If your son is looking to juice up, then this might be a tool for that nonsense. Instead, buy your son Ted Williams' The Science of Hitting book. Ted has a couple of instructional videos and dvds too that are great for everyone. I'm not sure if Amazon has them, but I know you can get them from Ted Williams' site. Baseball greats such as Tony Gywnn and George Brett learned from them. A great tool to pass onto your son.
