I bought this thinking it was Kid Rock singing his own song and quickly found out it is not. Don't make the same mistake.

It's not a bad rendition of Kid Rock's song, but it just doesn't have the same sound/passion as Kid Rock. I really wish he would release this on Amazon, but Rhapsody has an exclusive deal with Kid Rock. What's worse, you have to buy the whole album to get this one song.

Kid Rock refuses to sell is music on line. This is someone else singing. Don't be fooled.

Normally I don't review individual songs but I felt compelled after seeing all the undeserved one star reviews. This is a catchy tune that makes you feel good and smile. Isn't that what music is supposed to be?

BTW, I'd be willing to bet that all the one star reviews are from the exact same person. So grab a cold one and go sit on your porch while this song plays in the background. You can't go wrong.

This song isn't even the Kid Rock version, but even if it was, it's a ripoff of the most overplayed, annoying song on the radio I've heard in a while. (A ripoff of a ripoff of "Sweet Home Alabama") Why the Kid Rock version is played so much on the radio, and why they felt they needed to make a "tribute" to this crap, I'll never know. If you want good music, try anything else. There are so many songs that need to be flushed down the toilet and are overplayed and this is the worst case this year.

Did I see Warren Zevon rolling over in his grave? Every time I hear this song I'm thinking "Ah OOOOO, Werewolves of London".

While I love the song, buy Kid Rock's "Rock n Roll Jesus" album, there is just so much to offer on that cd than your download here with this one song. And I don't think this is a rip off of Lynrd Skiner's orriginal. Yes the music is basically the same, but Kid Rock just made it his own in his own way.

I enjoy the tune. Heard it once and found myself singing it the rest of the day.
