Members of the Doughboys and Big Drill Car? How could this album NOT kick a$$?!?!? "All I Want" is one of the finest pop songs ever recorded. Period. Watch for them on the Warped Tour. Do yourself a favor while you're at Amazon, pick up anything still available by the Doughboys or Big Drill Car!

This album is ok. Not the best, not the worst. If your expecting it to be like a vintage Big Drill Car album you will be dissapointed. The singing is good and the music is solid pop punk/ rock.

It had been a long time since I'd heard of anything from the likes of John Kastner from the Doughboys, but that band had been such an influence on me that when I discovered this CD I was in heaven. Vodka Sonic just blew me away and the more I listen to the album the better it sounded. Forget all the purile songs of Blink 182, punk pop has never sounded this good - this album is first class. I can't wait for future releases.

I first must say that I am a huge BDC fan! I miss that band sooooo much! Frank has the coolest voice on the planet, and Mark plays rocking guitar. This album is a must for any BDC or Doughboy fan. I just felt that with a voice like Frank's, he should sing a lot more of the songs, regardless of whom wrote which. As for my favorite song, I would say 'Vodka Sonic'. I felt like I was listening to BDC again! I am just grateful that Frank is still making music. I talked to him while he was working with Reel Big Fish up in Idaho back in 97 I think, and he sounded like he wasn't too interested in doing a band thing again. Buy all the Big Drill Car albums you can! BDC will be in my musical heart forever!
