Secondly, this is the first time I have ever used sunscreen in my entire life that did not run into my eyes or sting my eyes. I think it's probably because it's so thick. It's a pain to rub in all the way and it's a bit pricey but those are the only two cons. We won't be using anything else for ourselves or our kids from now on.
I think their AquaSport product in a tube is great though.
I contacted All Terrain and informed them that this product caked up and was impossible to get out of the tube. They asked me to send them the lot # and date when I purchased. They indicated that this product should not be lumpy and will look into what happened with the production. This seems to correspond with the reviews on here. Some people love it and others complained about the lumpiness. It sounds like they may have some process issues.
They did send me a replacement AquaSport replacement tube. I had told them that I had a tube of AquaSport in the past and really liked it.
I can't complain about their customer service. That is nice to see.
Thank you for you're feedback on our KidSport sunscreen lotion. We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our sunscreen lotions. Our sunscreens do have a thicker consistency, but should not be clumpy. The sunscreen may have not been stored properly affecting the texture as well as the efficacy. At All Terrain we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement sunscreen. Please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Have a great day, naturally!

The tube is hard to squeeze the sunscreen out of and thus takes time to apply it. Even if I combined it with the spray, it would have taken us time to get it applied. As far as sunburn, none of us got burnt, my 7 year old daughter used it and I used it. That is why I am giving it four stars. The product is good, just takes time to apply but that is a small price for me to pay for good ingredients, IMO.
My wife did bring the NatureGate's Aqua Block along and she felt that was far easier to spread and it had just as good a rating of 2 compared to this product's rating of 1 on the Environmental Working Group sunscreen ratings here:
So she was fine with it and it worked just as well.

It's REALLY thick and it takes forever to rub into skin. It did the job though, just wish it was a little bit easier to get out and apply.Published 1 month ago by tara kneiser
Its kind of dry but forms a visible layer on the skin. Wish it was not this dry on the skin.
I would suggest to moisturize the skin first and then put the sunscreen.
Like all this companies products, it works well. It's an effective durable sunscreen. And your kids don't breathe in all the fumes they would from an aerosol sunscreen. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Jennifer Marshall
No complaints about the sunblock itself, but the spray bottle is terrible! The first one I ordered didn't pump as soon as it arrived. Read morePublished 5 months ago by Franklin Edwards
