5.0 out of 5 stars Great voice, great CD
I love Miss Egan's voice, and she doesn't disappoint on this CD. I think I like the song choices better on "So Far," but this is a close second. If you like B'way vocalists, they don't get any better than this!

1.0 out of 5 stars Great voice, totally wasted
Susan Egan truly does have a beautiful voice that is enjoyable when she sings the right things. But these songs are pretentious and waste her talent

Okay, here are my problems with this CD: 1) There are two or three songs that I don't particularly care for but then, it's Susan Egan, so I can't exactly complain. Her voice is wonderful. 2) Not enough tracks! I hate that there are only ten songs on here when I know they could probably fit at least twenty on the CD. Sigh... But now for the good things!
1) Susan Egan has a phenomenal voice. It's unique, broad, and just beautiful.
2) Joshua Noveck! Track number nine is the song "Joshua Noveck," which I had never heard before but it's one of my new favorite songs. It's so cute. It reminds me of another great song covered by Ms. Egan on her Coffee House CD: "Taylor, The Latte Boy."
3) Susan Egan!

I bought it for "Meadowlark" because I love the song, but there are nine other incredible tracks on this CD. It's going to end up in a LOT of stockings this Christmas.
