Well, know we can be sure about where the evanescence strenght came from. A hundred times I heard the amazing "my inmortal" video version wondering who put the heart and soul in it. After hearing these great songs you find the aswer right away: Ben Moody did. Hope the other guys find the way again.

I truly love this album it is extremely well written. From the guitar, lyrics, singing, drumming and subsequent background piano and strings, the sound is well mixed and attention to detail is very present here. I would like to thank Ben directly for writing this album, it has carried me through some hard times, and having the vibe of this album to listen to has been a great help to me.

There are depressive, angry, and bitter themes displayed here, but there is a vein of positive energy and dare I say, self-love that is present within the pain. Each song has similar characteristics but they are not the same. This album has been written very intelligently and it has amazed me to hear all the twists and turns in the lyrics and song writing. This album is a Gem and one of my favorite albums of all time. Thank you Ben.

I never knew Ben Moody can sing! He has a great voice and his music relates to most of the $#!t I been through. I look forward to see him continue to sing and possibly in the future collaborate with his band member Carly and have some kind of duet. That could be so awesome. I like 10.22, Perfect, All for this. You get 5 stars from me!

AFTER LISTENING TO THE WHOLE ALBUM I WAS SHOCKED!!! THE SONG "IN TIME" HAS BEAUTIFUL PIANO AND STRINGS ARRANGMENTS!! "HOLD ME DOWN" IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!"THE WAY WE ARE" MAKES ME STOP AND LISTEN!! THE WHOLE ALBUM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!! THE ALBUM IS SO FULL OF EMOTION AND PAIN AND SORROW AND ANGER IT JUST TELLS YOU SOMETHING ABOUT BEN ....THAT HE WEARS HIS EMOTIONS ON HIS SLEVE AND TAKES SONG WRITING TO A SERIOUSLY AMAZING LEVEL!! HE PUTS SO MUCH OF HIMSELF INTO JUST THE WRITING NOT ACCOUNTING FOR THE PRODUCING AND PERFORMING!! THIS ALBUM SHOULD REMIND ALL OF THE WORLD WHAT SONG WRITING IS ABOUT!!

Does anyone know if it will be released for sale in stores or is this an internet only thing?
BTW I love the whole thing!

This album is terrible! Whine, whine, whine,...have some cheese with that whine. Ben must still be pining for Amy. I can't tell one song from the next. I hated listening to this waste of time! I gave it to a guy who is going thru a nasty divorce and is suicidal: he LOVES it! If you want an acoustic album from a rocker, buy "Book of Shadows" by Zakk Wylde. Now THAT'S a great cd.
