WOW -- This album is amazing!,

Simply put, this album rocks.
Their second album is quite a bit different than their first... The extra time spent in the studio, and the expertise they had helping them, really shows off here in a great blend of sounds and styles. While it still shows the same great talent and ability as the first album, this entire album seems to flow much better. Give it a listen when you've got time to listen to the whole thing at once -- you will see what I mean... These guys are really going to blow up very soon... this album is proof. Anyone who appreciates great music will enjoy this album. -------------------------------- Life - beginning of a recurring jam throughout album -- really ties it together, IMO. All This Everything 1 - very nice song, and Caroline Pond's sit-in studio work sounds great here... All This Everything 2 - rockin instrumental, love it. 53 More Things... - Watch out for the keys work here, excellent. Andromeda - short and sweet, but a nice message - "It can save you!" Long Past Settled In - one of my favorites, a true rock and roll song, but very meaningful Crockett & Tubbs - another favorite, instrumental... didn't think they'd be able to capture the live feeling in the studio, but they did a great job here The Universe - second part of Life, The Universe, And Everything - this sort of brings you back down from the intensity they've already captured on the album, gets you ready for the rest... Stealy Man - hands down, my favorite PGroove song... Brock uses his baritone in this song, and it sounds GREAT... I love the way he breaks it down -- this song has sort of a darker sound to it than others on the album. The lyrics are pretty simple, but very effective, I think. Left To Drifting - didn't really notice this song much at first, but like it a lot now. Another one that is great live, and the album does a wonderful job of bringing that into the studio. Scooter - not one of my favorites, but a bouncy, catchy tune nonetheless. Gone Round the Twist - Mark Day, what can I say? You rock dude! "I'm just a little man in your speaker" - don't let the "electronica" sound in this one turn ya away - Occam's is next! Occam's Blazer - Wow. Amazing instrumental tune. The steel work in this tune blows me away. Again, I love hearing this tune live, and again I think they did a magnificent job of translating that to the studio. For Now Forget - great lyrical work on this one. Rather short, catchy tune that can melt your troubles away. And Everything - third part of recurring jam. really ties it all together, and is a great closer to a great album. -------------------------------- Take my word for it - this album is incredible. You'll thank me later, when you're hooked -- I'll see ya at a show!

This album is fantastic. Not to mention this band rocks serious face!!! This as well as their first album have become staples in my everyday musical listening. The musicianship and on-stage chemistry is unparalleled by any current quartet. You can tell these are four classically trained musicians that apply their skills to song-writing and jamming that enhance and blend their sound in a unique way. If you like dancing at a live show or even by yourself in your living room, get this album!!!

Simply Amazing...,

This band is one of the most amazing that I've ever seen live. I went to a concert having no idea who they were or anything, but after the first couple of songs i automatically fell in love with them. Having heard them live, this cd was amazing and the only reason anyone should have for not liking the cd is not having heard them live. if you get the chance you should go.
the bartender at the concert was saying that although he normally hated all the "hippie jam-bands" that came through, that this was the only one he liked and he liked them a whole lot at that.
