The recording is excellent. Many of the songs I have heard before but there are some good ones that I haven't. I would recommend this to any Jim Reeves fan. I rated it 4 stars because I have the "Essential Jim Reeves" and I feel it deserves the 5 stars. This one isn't quite as good.

Christian or not you will enjoy this music, it has a calming affect if your having a bad,or not It's great music. It also has an important message. I can't say enough, it's just beautiful, enjoy. JESUS LOVES YOU, beleive it. If you want to talk about JESUS and your future contact me, no silly stuff please

I usually do not write reviews (I don't do concerts either) but this one I could not pass up. If for whatever reason at the end of a hard day you need to relax, listen to this CD. The music has a most soothing effect and when it is over I feel real good. I am an avid Jim Reeves fan and his beautiful voice is always the key, but the song selections on this disc are wonderful.
