This book did something that I had not been able to do for the last 10 years - faciliate a meaningful conversation with my parents, who are in their 80's about issues that are both personal and sensitive. I brought the book home during a weekend visit and had warned them that I wanted to spend some time going over it. We breached some easier topics first, like where certain documents were kept. We moved on to tougher topics like funeral wishes and plans for long term care. The book provided a safe and structured way to talk through and record important information that no one else had known before. I left the book with them to complete and we are all relieved to know that we have one source of good information that will help the entire family.

This book is the most complete and helpful book I've come across. I am happy that I bought it because once it is totaly read and filled out I will have a secure peace about what to do once a loved ones passes on. I would recommend this book to everyone. It is easy to read and understand. It is a GREAT tool that everyone should have. - D. Jacko
