okay, all i can say is GET THIS ALBUM! i have had their indie release since august and havent stopped listening to it even though i continue to buy other music, this wont leave my cd player! the vocals are absolutely amazing...a range like jeff buckley... and the arrangements are full and keep you listening over and over and over! the musicians are all so individually talented! i still think how amazing it is that such a talented group of guys have found each other! i was BLOWN AWAY seeing them live. NOT just a studio band! grab this one!! nobody i have played this for has not LOVED it and begged me to get them copies! you will not regret it! PROMISE!

My husband and I saw Buchanan play live in New York while out seeing another band. We were instantly impressed and bought a copy of the CD that night. We've listened to it dozens of times since and it keeps getting better. The songs are captivating and the band is hugely talented. Definitely pick up a copy of All Understood, you won't be disappointed.

Of all the bizarre places to find out about this cd...I was at Styx's website reading what Tommy Shaw is currently listening to and he mentioned that the band saw Buchanan's soundcheck at one of their shows and they were all blown away. I read the reviews here at Amazon and thought I'd give it a chance.

Boy, am I glad. I love this cd after just two listens. It's unlike most stuff I buy. It's a vocal album with great playing, arrangements and production. I love this guy's voice. And these guys can play, especially Todd Sanders, the bass player.

Like everyone else says - just buy it and you won't be sorry!

This album is a fresh breath after being force fed the weekly music industry canned bands. It is RAW, VULNERABLE, and WICKED. The lyrics provoke emotion and contemplation, while the music ravages your body.

If you are the type who likes to discover an artist with A SOLID SOUND DEVELOPED FROM THE GRASS ROOTS and the talent to become great you should check out this album.

And when you're ready to be floored.... Check out the live show. That is where Buchanan really shines.

Buchanan was nominated for both the BEST LIVE PERORMANCE & BEST INDIE BAND for the ORANGE COUNTY MUSIC AWARDS in 2002.

The album displays a range of emotions and the music and lyrics flow and catch your attention. There are subtle parts to each track that I find very unique and fresh. A fine group of musicians with excellent vocals. I think a wide array of people will enjoy this disk. It is good music plain and simple.

I had the pleasure of seeing this band in Seattle a couple months ago and was completely blown away. I have since seen them twice more and am heading up to the 3/5/04 show.

The album is incredible, but the live shows are something NOT to be missed. They are a great bunch of guys and have only just begun. Once these songs start hitting the radio - LOOK OUT!

the first thing i have to say is, if you don't have this album YOU HAVE TO BUY IT, so you can experience what a real band is. i'm so sick of the cheeze that's played all over the radio, BUCHANAN came at the perfect time. right now at the peek of lame music; good charlotte, puddle of mud, staind, creed, and too many more, BUCHANAN's album puts talent back in the word band. i can't stress enough how amazing and talented every person in this band is. if you've seen them live then you know what i'm talking about. i can't wait to see them on top of the charts.

This album must be one of the best albums I've heard in a long while. It has a perfect blend of emotion. Songs involving everything from desire and heartbreak. Buchanan is truely one of the best bands that has come out of Southern California. These recordings do a good job capturing Buchanan's Outstanding live performance. This is a band you could not afford to miss seeing live.

I can't stop listening to this band. I happened by chance to see them in LA and bought their CD. What an amazing voice Jay Buchanan has! This band has what it takes to make it BIG. If you buy this CD you won't regret it...I didn't!

What a refreshing new sound, with so much passion! Some people just listen to the music, others focus on the words, and only a few actually take in both to totally enjoy the music. This band is deserving of the latter.
