This is the kind of album you listen to while walking through nature (or play in the background to de-stress as you work). I listened to the audio preview, didn't find it exceptionally interesting, but found it on Grooveshark on a lark. This is definitely MY kind of music. Slow, haunting, beautiful arrangements, pleasing harmonies. Apparently this guy played in Bon Iver, so if you like that, I bet you'll like this. It reminded me somewhat of Dawes latest effort, North Hills, in its tempo. I don't know about you, but I tend to get tired of upbeat songs significantly faster than down tempo songs. I've listened to North Hills MANY times and yet I keep coming back. I bet All We Grow will receive the same treatment.
The audio samples don't do this one justice. Check it out on Grooveshark. And then buy it :)
