In "All Woman Girl," Victoria Boland shows some real potential. She has a voice that can be deep and full, suprisingly mature for girl as old as how she appears on the cover. There are a few pleasant tunes with nice, catchy groves to them: The Moves, All Woman Girl. However, the album as a whole is kind of light weight with insubstantial tunes. It comes off on the whole as a wanna-be Jessica Andrews production that didn't land. However, there is potential for Victoria if she were to get more substantial material. If you see this in a bargain bin somewhere, it wouldn't be a bad thing to get.
