This was a great book. It contained recipes for foods that were healthy, tasty, quick and easy. Something that made it even better was the fact I could find all the ingredients in my local grocery store. I didn't have to make special trips to overpriced, specailty gourmet food stores. A lot of the ingredients are probably things you have on hand right in your refrigerator or cupboard. I can't recommend this book enough.

I borrowed this book from the local library...but it is worth getting a copy for home! All kinds of great, quick recipes! It's a must have for anyone's cookbook collection!
