What is the point buying the album online when the definitive song on the album "Would You Mind" (normally track 9) is missing!

The single life,

All For You found Janet Jackson in a much happier place than her previous album The Velvet Rope. The singer announced her separation and subsequent divorce to her husband/business partner of nearly a decade Rene Elizondo and tackled the dating scene.
The fun title track encourages guys to not be intimidated if they're interested in her. "Tell me I'm the only one and soon you'll be havin' fun!" Someone To Call My Lover finds a giddy Ms. Jackson on the prowl for a new man to call her own. "My, my/Looking for a guy, guy/I don't want him too shy/But he's gotta have the qualities/That I like in a man/Strong, smart, affectionate/He's gotta be all for me/And I'll be too/You see happily!" Janet's got those signature baby makin' jams with China Love, Love Scene (Ooh Baby), and When We Oooo. Other carefree songs like Come On Get Up, Doesn't Really Matter, and Feels So Right will have you singing along. Fans of the soft core Would You Mind should know it isn't available on the digital album. Just a heads up. The Carly Simon (you read that right) assisted Son of a Gun and soulful Truth are addressed to her ex. Reminders that although he did her wrong, she's one strong woman who will grow from the pain and move on. The mood lifting closer Better Days makes that point even more clear. "Leavin' old [stuff] behind/And move on with my life/The blindfold's off my eyes/And now all I see for me is better days!" While I personally view The Velvet Rope as Janet's best record, All For You is a pleaser as well. Not as deep, but just as personal and real. We're waiting for some new music, J. Come back hard and in a clean way this time!

This album is not as bad as people think!,

I'm really not sure about the reviews that I've read from below, but when this album came out. It was really successful! I remember hearing on tv that the album went sold around 7 million copies on tv. I remember that Janet Jackson was practically America's pop sweet heart. She all over the television, and MTV even promoted it giving Janet her own Icon special. It was either her or Madonna wearing the pop crown. The cd was also very very well promoted in music stores. Which is sadly something we'll never see again in America. Years and years later after not hearing anything until a year from Janet's latest release I decided to get this album. It was actually decent. China Love was a really cool song. I really like the techno dance feel to it. All for You was really corny when it premered on TRL. Even though, I was in junior high! I still thought it was catchy. Son of a gun was also ok. I thought the video was really cool, but the song never really picked up and alot people felt it was a flop. I really liked someone to call my lover. I remember that song coming out in the 8th grade. That was more of a hit on MTV then the radio. Doesn't really Matter is my favorite track from the album even thought that came out almost two years earlier from the nutty professor. But it had a really cool video, and the song was really really popular. It still looks cool even today. I didn't realize that it went No.1. Overall, I remember most people thought this album was pure pop fluff and crap. And i even wondered(and still) why they put a parental warning sign on the cd. Compared to her last 2 to 3 releases and her future, this is her most kid friendly cd. The sad thing is that Janet's next two cds would sound exactly like this. This format only worked for one cd not three. Overall, this album is alot better then what people give it credit for. It was alot bigger then Britney or any other pop females album at the time.
