I can't stop playing it over & over & over. The band has pulled an amazing sleight of hand by delivering an album that truly sounds like it could've come out between their 1st & 2nd releases & sound as fresh & sharp as they can (and big credit must go to Mark Ronson too). With this, the upcoming new Human League album CREDO, the upcoming Stevie Nick's album produced by Dave "Eurythmics" Stewart & the purported new release from Culture Club for early 2012 i am ecstatic!!! I feel like i'm in high school again.
Alright, so far (from what I know), we have The Cars, Human League, Culture Club (2012), Duran Duran, and possibly Kraftwerk coming out with new albums this year. Do you know of any other 80s bands coming out with new stuff this year??
These people should retire. It's all rehashed 80's Duran Duran with absolutely NO redeeming quality to it whatsoever. NO songs on this album stand out. They all sound like 80's 'filler' songs with nothing whatsoever modern about them. At least the DD songs during the last decade had one or two likable tracks. This has NONE. I'm not being facetious either. It's ridiculous and absurd that they cannot make even a good album anymore. Save your money folks. They put this garbage out to make a quick buck from die-hard fans who are gullible enough to buy it just because it's by them.
Casca doesn't know much about music and must be a fan of the R&B music being played by everyone. Tell us what you think is not a rehash and what music you like instead of bashing DD. Prove your point with facts.
