Low profile frame needed for modern thick mattresses and on-line only place to purchase. Slow and expensive delivery time. Frame bent at wheel post with-in 30 days from normal use. If they deal with my replacement claim in a timely and efficient way, I will just accept it was a fluke and that the expense was unavoidable. Have to wait and see how they handle the claim.
Update 7/15/10 - Company made right situation and sending new frame - fast response courteous and appologetic. Updated review rating |
