Does exactly what it needs to do at a very good price. Fits my 48" shotgun (no optics) quite well (covers the entire stock). The silicone in it doesn't feel greasy or slippery to the touch or leave a residue, but should help a bit to keep moisture out. I would not put this over a gun and then put the gun in a foam lined case long term, but it's great to keep dust and such out of the open areas in storage or transportation. Very inexpensive way to add a final layer of protection to a firearm in storage.

Not a whole lot to it- this thing does its job, keeping the dust off of my shotgun. Arrived quickly and packaged very well. It is both thicker and not as soft as I thought it would be.

bought this to store my Mossberg 500 in, it fits great. The gun doesnt have any optics or anything and it fits well. I think a flashlight would be fine as well as this stretches. It's longer than I needed but I'm sure I can cut it or let it dangle at the barrel end since I dont pull the sock completely over the stock cuz I'm standing the gun up on the stock. Seems like good quality.
