I bought these under the pretense that they were cheap, and I could install them in a few seconds before my trips to the woods... Worst Decision I ever made with $15... Not only are they flimbsy, terribly made, but not a single gun out of my collection will fit in these things. The diameter of the hooks is only about 1 1/2 icnhes wide. No shotgun or any AR or Carbine style rifle will fit, only my Rem. 700 would fit but the scope rubbed on the roof and it wouldnt fit in the bottom so it was out of the question as well. Only a pellet gun. Also the bottom hooks are so close to the top hooks that not even a pellet gun will fit inside. I only recommend if you wanted to spend a solid hour Dremel in hand as I did increasing the diameter and cutting an inch of the bottom hooks. Other than that dont buy, go with the roof rack or a seat hanging bag, just as long as you dont go with these...

The first time me and my cousin tried this with our shotguns, it popped out of the back window.

I had to make an adjustment - I added two skinny bars to keep them together and keep them in place. After that, it worked like a charm.
