5.0 out of 5 stars good stuff
The bandoleer looks cool! The shells fit really snug, which is good, so they won't fall during tactical maneuvers. It also makes it a little tricky to load the bandoleer up. ( the trick is to load every other loop with a shell, then go back and fill in the space between .

3.0 out of 5 stars Too Tight
When I got it it was too tight to easily hold 12 ga. shells, but after alittle work they will slide in and out just fine, The thread has started to come undone between the holders now though and the description should have specified a size of shell.

5.0 out of 5 stars A couple things not yet noted, December 1, 2010

Not to duplicate all of the fine reviews here, I think there are a couple of more points to add. The belt is a stiffer nylon web design. Note from the picture provided for the item that the shell holders don't wrap all the way around. The belt is stiff and strong enough to support a heavier (Ruger Redhawk) handgun and holster. If you're not going to attach gear (Leatherman, holster, knife, camera, cell pouch, etc.), you may want to look at the deluxe Allen Company Neoprene Shotshell Belt here at Amazon Allen Company Neoprene Shotshell Belt (to Hold 25 Shotshells, Duck Blind). The shell holders on this inexpensive Allen model are pass-through so you can reverse the belt for left or right handed holsters. The shell holding elastic is uniform. The seam at the buckle is double-stitched and very strong. The elastic on the shell holders is rather stiff and should give a long service life. Uncle Mike's has a version with a metal compression buckle Uncle Mikes 88051 Cartridge Belt that I'd trust more than the plastic on this model if the belt would be worn on the outside of insulated clothing in very frigid temperatures. In the end, though, this belt really is an amazing value.

Yes it is a little tight to put the shotgun shells in, that so it doesn't fall out, what a concept!!! I had another one and the shells kept falling out, pissed me off, this one is nice, super tight works good for 20 gauge and of coarse 12 gauge, buy good price great deal, usually $20 for just one at a gun show

4.0 out of 5 stars a BELT not a BANDOLEER, February 18, 2011

This review is from: Allen Company Shotgun Shell Belt (Sports)
like its advertised its a belt and unlike a bandoleer the shells dont go all the way around so if you try to run it across the chest like a bandoleer it doesnt stay balanced but works fine as a belt. but good quality, shells are easy to push in and they stay in. get this and a couple blackhawk bandoleers and youll be one bad 12 gauge slinging door dropper. just run it as a belt for the best balance

This belt is worth every penny. Works great, and solid enough to not drop your rounds. Went out to blow some Sh-t up with my friends and we all had a belt with our rounds in them and not one of us lost a round. Thanks Amazon for the great deal...

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally....., February 13, 2011

Finally a belt that will hold the shells. And you'll know it when you start to insert the first round; after that your good to go. The shells are not going to come out till you pull it out, the loops have and "keep" a nice firm grip on your ammo so don't worry about them sliding out; and their is an abundance to keep you supplied with ammo before you have to restock. Great shell belt....finally. Get one.

For 5 dollars, this product is well worth the money. Fairly heavy duty construction, nice nylon belt, and a pretty durable belt buckle. It's adjustable, which is nice. It holds 12 gauge shells securely, so there is not need to worry about them falling out. I am not sure how the 20 gauge shells fit in it.

I now own the Shell Belt and I must say that upon loading the shell's in to the belt it was a little tight but that's good for when your out hunting you want loose them that's for sure, all so the belt has a adjustable buckle which is heavy duty and works to your advantage when wearing it across your chest you couldn't ask for any thing better guy's
