4.0 out of 5 stars Does what it says!, January 28, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is perfect for a small .22 with a scope, or a tactical weapon with attachments - just like it says in the description. Quality is good. I bought it to store my extra steel shotgun barrels. It's a little big, but I did not see any other options out there for my application.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tactical Gun Sock, January 23, 2012

My rifle (Weatherby Vanguard II .30-06 with scope) fits in here nicely. Acts as another line of defense while in the case.

Well - this product works as advertised, and I'm happy with the price. No complaints here, plus, I like the label on top for telling which rifle is which.

5.0 out of 5 stars PERFECT FIT FOR AR 15 RIFLES, July 10, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

Perfect fit for AR 15 rifles with tube style or open red dot sights.

The gun sock fit my Smith & Wesson M&P15 carbine length rifle perfectly well. The material is very elastic and you shouldn't have any problem fitting it on a rifle with either a tube style or open red dot sights. It can also serve as a cushion to protect your rifles from rubbing against each other if they are stacked tightly in a safe.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice, July 4, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
No more rusting! This sock fits over my AR with scope no problem. I feel much better and more confident in storing my guns in these that I will not come back to a rust issue when I go to use the guns. Fit is good and they seem to be made of a good quality material with no fraying or lose ends to speak of. Worth every penny to me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Gun Sock, April 21, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Allen Company Tactical Gun Sock (Sports)
This gun sock is the perfect fit for my AR. Even with a scope mounted, the sock went on easily. I had been using a sock designed for normal scoped rifles that was tough to get on and off. This is a much better solution. Perfect.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job, January 13, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Ordered this as a gift for my husband; when he bought a new .22, they didn't have any gun socks that size in stock. I measured the gun length, which was 40" and bought this gun sock, which I thought was 42". When I received it, the package said it was 41" long, in case that makes a difference to anybody. It works for the gun we bought it for; wanted to protect from dust and such during normal storage.
