bike rack is great
all arrived on time - had instructions - but assembly is pretty simple. looks great. Shipping packaging is pretty makeshift. But it was all there. It's a good product.

This product came in a damaged box with no instructions or hardware, contacted manufacturer and to date still don't have what I need.

I should have heeded the previous reviews on this product. The product was shipped incomplete and without instructions. I recommend a different manufacturer.

Easy to assemble and install in the parking lot. Works are expected. Paint looks a little thin, so i expect rust to start showing by winter.
