Allergroom Shampoo does a good job keeping our 12-yr old, 100-lb Black Labrador Retriever from having flaky, dry skin. It was recommended by our vet who said our dog was allergic to something but could not determine the cause of our dog's skin problems without doing extensive, prolonged testing. We used to bathe him weekly with Allergroom to keep the dandruff under control. However, last year when his flaking and oozing sores seemed out of control, we tried something that made a dramatic difference - we stopped giving him his beloved peanut butter, peanut-butter flavored snacks, and nuts in general. What a difference! His skin cleared up quickly and we haven't had problems with severe flaking or oozing ever since. We still bathe him biweekly using Allergroom.

This shampoo is gentle on our dog's fur and makes her coat shine the day after her bath. Wouldn't use anything else!

This shampoo makes my dog's coat so soft and smooth. It doesn't strip the oils out of the hair. They smell so good.
