This review is from: Cooking for Food Allergies Everyday & Gourmet an Egg & Dairy-Free Allergy Cookbook with Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly Selections (Plastic Comb)
I have not made anything yet from this cookbook, but in looking through the recipes, I found that they use a lot of the ingredients I have been using. I have been making regular recipes, and substituting rice milk for the milk, and egg substitute for the eggs. Food has been coming out well, and has been well-accepted by family members. I am the one with the milk and egg allergies, but refuse the make two different meals. I plan to try some of the recipes, though they are a bit daunting because of using long lists of ingredients. That must be to make up for what they don't use so the taste is good.
