From Library Journal
Food allergies are widespread, and many people have major medical problems related to allergies. The authors developed a three-week diet to identify the most common food allergies, such as dairy products, legumes, citrus, and corn. They name specific brands of food products to use in creative ways and offer many recipes--some quite tasty and others not so (lima bean pancakes!). The appendix covers definition and theory of allergies and common manifestations. This book is similar to Neil Orenstein & Sarah L. Bingham's Food Allergies ( LJ 2/1/88), available in paperback at a much lower price, $9.95. Choose one for public libraries.
