There are a number of decent gluten-free cookbooks on the market already. But if you are managing multiple food allergies, Cybele's cookbook is the best. Cooking for a child with multiple food allergies can be extremely limiting and down right depressing. Cybele's creative recipes opens doors to dishes that I never imagined my son could eat. My son was so excited to go through the book with me and pick out all the dishes he wanted to try but never coukd before. He could not stop eating the Twice Baked Potatoes...was literally eating off my plate! Cybele has figured out all the science behind cooking without allergens while keeping the love and deliciousness of homemade cooking. I can't recommend this book enough! If you are managing more than one food allergy, buy this cookbook, or any of her cookbooks, and you won't be disappointed.

"Allery-Free and Easy Cooking" has been exactly what I needed. My husband and daughter have celiac disease and my daughter is allergic to peanuts, eggs, soy, and sesame. Needless to say, it can be very difficult to find meals to make that are safe but that our whole family will enjoy. I have been dedicated to not making two meals each night for my family and also to making my allergic daughter feel included as much as possible with the whole family. Lately that has meant being stuck in a dinner rut cooking the same few meals. I had been anticipating Cybele Pascal's new cookbook for a long time because I use her "Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook" all the time. This cookbook has opened up a whole new world of eating once again for my family. The night I received it, I made the Chili Mac featured on the front cover. It was easy, quick and really delicious. Everyone in my family liked it, which is something that is hard to find.

Also, since my husband's and daughter's diagnosis, I've learned to cook more and more things from scratch, which often takes a long time. It seemed that more time in the kitchen was just the way it was. It's thrilling for me to have a cookbook free of all my daughter's allergens, tastes great, and only takes 30 minutes to make! I'm very excited to learn about coconut aminos since my daughter is allergic to soy and we'd entirely given up Asian food, which we used to love. I'm now looking forward to making Chicken Lettuce Cups with Hoisin Sauce, Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry, Chicken Fried Rice and more, all without soy. I can't believe how many recipes are in this book and it's such a relief to not have to worry about what I might have to substitute in a "normal" recipe.

My bought this book after my 1 year old daughter was diagnosed with food allergies. I bought this book because I wanted a reference in the kitchen to turn to when its five o'clock and you need to make dinner. The good thing about this book is that every recipe we have tried so far has really good flavor. The biggest complaint I have about this cookbook is that the author heavily relies on the Daiya cheese substitute in many of her recipes (which I personally find disgusting).

This was my first cookbook since learning that my youngest child has gluten/wheat/casein/dairy/soy sensitivities. My cooking skills were very low. I was a "box" chef ... if it came in a box, I could make it. I was afraid to try anything from scratch or homemade. I had to change my entire diet & thinking after my son was diagnosed. I bought this book and it has helped transform me into a good cook! The recipes are so delicious and easy (fast) to make, which is great for me being a novice! This cookbook is also great for the experienced cook! My best friend, who is a great, experienced cook, uses recipes in this book for her Paleo grandkids. The best recipe (one that my kids ask for all the time) is the chicken tenders!! My once picky eater wants to eat recipes from this book! I can't say enough good things about this cookbook! Bon appetit!!

It contained nice and well-prepared recipes... If you're looking for true comfort foods and can't have the "real" thing this is a good book for you. While the meal might only take 30 minutes to prepare, Finding some of the ingredients could take much, much longer, since they most likely won't be in your local supermarket. However, it did open my eyes to ingredients that I didn't know existed.

Cybele Pascal's latest book is an instant classic and must-have for every food allergic family. (It would make an excellent gift, too.) All recipes are free from the top 9 most common allergens, and makable in 30 minutes. Unlike many other allergen-free cook books, Cybele's not only explores ingredients in detail but gives a list of reliable resources (invaluable to new cooks and even experienced ones). Her writing is easy to read, her instructions clear and her recipes simply brilliant in their re-creations of classics in delicious completely-allergen-free ways. In my household, the taco recipe has already entered into my weekly dinner rotation - everyone loves it! This book is a must-have if you are a newly diagnosed person/fmaily with food allergies, or like me, have had food allergies your entire life. Thank you Cybele for this excellent book.
