5.0 out of 5 stars The best guide to food intolerance, October 30, 2007

I had suffered for years with allergic rhinitus (hay fever) and been dependent on sinus medication to get through each day. All the medication left me tired and made it hard to concentrate at work or study. This book has enabled me to regain a sense of wellness and to become free of anti-histamines for the first time in years. I would highly recommend it for anyone who finds that traditional medicines simply don't cure their sinus problems.

This has good recipes and information on most food allergies. I wanted it for sulfite allergy information but it doesn't have much about that. I would not have bought this if I had known.

Great recipes, great for people with the strange allergy of salicylate intolerance.

Tells you all about amines, salicylate and gluten too - has recipe ideas for all of them.

A must buy for salicylate intolerance sufferers!
