A MUST HAVE FOR ANY PHYSICIAN OR DIETITIAN,
By Mike NoLomotil "MikeNoLomotil" (Florida) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Food Allergy and Intolerance, 2e (Hardcover)
Simply the Holy Grail of known physiopathology of oral tolerance, compromised oral tolerance, and all conditions linked to food antigens, additives, and appurtenances related thereto. While several years have passed since publication, a review of the last several years literature accompanied by reading this text will add immensely to the clinical competency of any physician or dietitian rendering care. No where can the physician or dietitian find this much information on this subject in one text.
