Spring in Virginia is absolutely lovely as the trees and flowers come to bloom. With it is the most miserable attack of pollen you could imagine. We came from Minnesota with no allergies and within a year we were taking prescription Flonase. My chiropractor suggested BHI Heel as a natural and effective medication. It works. It does not eliminate it but under the worse conditions it makes it very much better and survivable. Given we are never leaving Viginia, this is a reasonable solution. This is the first Spring we are using it so further updates later if it is necessary.
