This book outlines the Elimination Diet very well. As the above review stated, many recipes do contain oats, but I have found a version of gluten-free oats, Bob's Red Mill brand. Some of the recipes also contain soy, which I am reactive too, but it makes up for it with wonderful recipes that I CAN eat. I'm glad I found this book

Not sure how this book functions as gluten free since 90% of their recipes have oats!Generally disappointing recipes...

I bought this book while doing an elimination diet. I am not sure what this book is eliminating considering there are recipes with gluten, sugar and corn; three of the main things I was trying to avoid.
