I bought this on a whim after I discovered that my boyfriend was terribly allergic to our new english bulldog. We love him too much to give him up and wanted to do anything we could to keep him. After using this product for the last two months my boyfriend has almost no allergy symptoms. I use this in combination with a dander reducing shampoo once a month and a very rigorous vacuuming regimen. I'm very grateful we found this product and would recommend it to anyone with pet allergies.

It's honestly difficult to tell if this is actually having an impact. When we have a sniffle or itch, we assume it must be something other than our dog if we recently applied Allerpet. The reverse is true of course, where if we haven't applied for a while and symptoms occur, we can't help thinking it's for lack of Allerpet.

The main reason we have so much faith that it's working has to do with the great reviews we found here and elsewhere. I will say that overall we're suffering less symptoms, and while I'm not willing to rush to the conclusion that it's entirely due to this product, we've convinced ourselves it has, and it's allowing us to keep our pup.

A Friend had recommended this product to me, so we thought we would try it.
It does work.
There is no noticeable smell and the dog doesn't seem to mind it.
I also bought the cat version, and it works too.

This product is helpful, but it needs to be paired with other treatments (e.g., shampoo, air filter, anti-allergy spray) in order to really work well. It does do the job, just not as effectively as I would have wished. Don't think it's worth it for the price.

I thought I was buying the shampoo but it is actually a solution you wipe over the coat in between baths. It used to come as a shampoo. This is a watery solution you pour on a wash cloth and sponge bath your dog. I'm not sure how effective it has been. I've been bathing my puppy weekly and her dander does not seem to be effecting my son anymore.
