My husband has been doing alli now, for going on 3 weeks. We had read the mixed reviews, and decided to try it anyway. Now, you have to be strict with your eating, you are allowed a certain amount of fats in a day. If you go over that fat intake, then you will have the unpleasantness that others have talked about. My husband has been very good with watching his fat intake, and has not had any problems. Also, when you get alli, you don't start taking the pill right away. They tell you to start your low fat diet (for 3 days) before taking the pills. alli have a great internet support, and you can find your answers there, as well as getting emails to tell you how to do things.

If you read the directions, and don't try to cut corners with this, it will work without any problems. But if you think you can go and eat at taco bell, or mc donalds, and eat whatever you want, and then take the pill, you will have problems. It shows you how to change your lifestyle and helps you to get rid of excess fat along the way.

I needed to lose about 15 pounds and lost 10 pounds in about six weeks. I also exercised everyday and watched my calorie intake, so I'm not sure if Alli contributed to my weight loss; however, I'm still dieting and exercising without Alli and so far haven't lost any more weight. So I think I'll order another supply. It also comes with a handy calorie guide which I use all the time. I would say it probably helped in my weight loss goal.

This is a product that with just the starter kits and 15 days I managed to lose 9pounds. It take a lot from you. Many complain of oily stools but when you take diet pills it is very important to read all the informaion about the product no matter of what nature it is. I came across alli when I was looking up orlistat online and it is actually something doctors prescribe to overweight/obese patients and is the active ingredient in Alli. But back to the oily stools, when you read the product information kit it comes with it destictively tells you to cut back on oily foods because it extracts these from your diet and doesn't let your body obsorb all that you intake so it has no other way but to come out in your stool. Hope this is helpful information and best of luck to you and its very well worth the price.

I like how this is the only FDA approved weight loss drug. I also like how the starter kit comes with the fabulous little booklets to help on your weight-loss journey. The travel pill carrier is great also.

i ordered this on september 11th and still have not gotten it... it was supposed to already be here but no, and have not gotten responses from seller. be cautious of this seller.

This stuff works. Binds to lipids and makes them too big to be absorbed. You MUST diet with these. "leaking" is the biggest problem- mostly with HS girls who take too many...

I read an article that links Alli to
pre-cancerous lesions in the colons of mice.
According to Dr. Sidney M. Wolfe, director of Public
Citizen's Health Research Group, "while it is not
known whether these pre-cancerous lesions will lead to
colon cancer, he and other cancer experts do not
believe use of the weight-loss drug is a risk worth
taking." I agree! I would rather find other ways to
lose weight than risk my life taking Alli!

Search alli, then read the negative reviews on this product and you will see what I am saying. I bought it and threw it out once I started having symptoms

Used the whole bottle. I bought into the hype and tried it. It didn't work.
