This book also contains some of the top 1996 U.S. National tourney decks as well as other popular type II decks. Text given by Mr. Baxter makes for some fun reading, too. Enjoy!!

This book talks about every single individual card in the ALLIANCES expansion for Magic. The author does a wonderful job explaining the usefulness of each card. Also included are decklists, of particular note all the ones for Ice Age Block constructed, as those decks will be the ones played should anyone use that format.
