The show was good, but don't get this box sex. The quailty is awful. The quality is similar to a VHS -> DVD.

I have never seen a set of DVDs this badly remastered. They play fine and all, it's not the DVDs themselves, but the source material.

Too bad, I wasted my money but let's hope someday someone will make a decent DVD set of these.

I haven't seen this show since it first aired on tv so i am glad that i picked this one up. The quality of this set is good on this release. The sound is mono, but I don't seem to mind. I do recommend this to to any Kate & Allie fan.

Not sure if Amazon's just got inaccurate information or if in fact this is NOT the complete series. MANY other places are advertising it as having 23 disks, not the 16 that Amazon advertises? Or, could it be why there are complaints about the quality of the shows on the Amazon set because they doubled up on the number of episodes per DVD thus cutting down on the quality? Anyway...I've ordered mine to have the 23 disks because the reviews on those websites doesn't talk of quality issues.

This is one of my favourite tv shows. The acting is great as the story and the moral issue of its episode. Set in New York the show reveals the personality, character and peronal goals of two divorced mothers and their children.

If you are a fan of the show you MUST get this complete series set. Kate & Allie is a wonderful show. Brings back alot of memories to watch it again. I was in the audience for a taping of an episode during the final season. It was so much fun. I ordered directly from Amazon Canada and it came to $60 with the shipping.

Kate and Allie personify what a feel good comedy should be. Just laughs and cute stories written by creative writers and played out by talented performers. Pop it in the DVD and enjoy by yourself or with the whole family. The complete set of DVDs means you won't miss an entertaining minute!

This complete series is perfect for the Kate & Allie fan. It has all the episodes in the series and all the laughs that went with it. If you liked the show you'll love having the entire set for your collection. You can watch it whenever you want. All your favorite episodes in one set. Amazing.
