misrepresented -- you will receive a heating element insert - not a heating pad, October 20, 2010

I am sorely disappointed by the lack of integrity in marketing this item... You will receive a heating element that you must insert into a pet sleeping mat or pet sleeping bed, at additional cost.
I will update this review after I actually create a pet bed that can be heated. In the meantime I suggest you don't waste your money on this pet bed warmer.
